Role: B2B Marketing Specialist [Atlanta]

We’re looking for an experienced B2B tech marketer with a proven track record to join our growing business. You’ll be responsible for developing demand generation campaigns to increase our B2B sales volume. Your focus will be on growth, based on data-driven, experiment-based processes, informed by marketing techniques, and powered by tech, tools and automation.

The role will work closely with the rest of the sales, marketing, and service teams.

Main duties include:

  • Develop demand generation campaigns to drive B2B leads to our sales pipeline across different marketing channels
  • Develop and own strategies, and work with other key stakeholders in sales and marketing to deliver targeted multi-touch, ABM campaigns
  • Research and analyse market trends, demographics, schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Develop creative sales collateral to ensure the business development team is armed with the best tools to showcase the proposition and win new business
  • Build key campaign assets and content including, but not limited to, landing pages and microsites, email communications, social content, informational whitepapers/one-pagers
  • Planning and creating thought leadership pieces
  • Organise, coordinate and attend events, trade shows, webinars and internal corporate events
  • Track and analyze campaign results, measure program success, and report metrics to illustrate campaign performance (ROI). Recommend improvements based on results
  • Staying on top of industry trends and news, keeping the team up to date with all the latest developments

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proactive and confident marketer with proven experience in a B2B environment (5+ years)
  • Previous experience designing, delivering, and optimizing best-in-class targeted (i.e. ABM) demand and lead generation programs for a B2B audience
  • Experience in managing multiple digital marketing campaigns with the ability to analyze and make recommendations on performance
  • Self-motivated, results and quality-orientated, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and positive attitude with a focus on achieving tangible commercial targets
  • Proven ability to develop strong partnerships with sales leadership and align on shared goals
  • Excellent communication skills, with a good attitude and drive to assist the team in continually moving forward
  • Experience with content marketing, SEO, and PPC
