This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our sales efforts and contribute to our mission of empowering organizations through digital transformation.Key Responsibilities:

  • Building, managing and accurately forecasting a strong Sales Pipeline,
  • Taking direct responsibility for building a profitable portfolio in the UK,
  • Cocreating an effective sales strategy for selected markets and constant monitoring of market trends,
  • Taking responsibility for effective sales strategy execution in assigned territory,
  • Understanding how our customers benefit from our solution and how they make decisions to work with partners such as us,
  • Utilizing strategic client hunting practices, industry/market analysis, internal communication, external promotions, and constant in-depth client analysis to uncover revenue opportunities,
  • Building in-depth knowledge of clients' business priorities, challenges and initiatives that can be translated into opportunities,
  • Confidently representing the Xebia values, market positioning and capabilities in all conversations with our Clients and Partners,
  • Readiness to travel to clients’ locations and Xebia offices.

Your profile:

  • 5+ of experience in software services selling to organizations of all sizes in UK and international markets,
  • Experience in IT professional services is a must,
  • Experience in hunting roles is required, client partner role experience is nice to have,
  • Ability to generate own leads and build up the sales pipeline,
  • Experience of working with enterprise clients from Retail & Travel sectors,
  • Strong network and a good understanding of dynamics in Retail & Travel sectors in the UK,
  • Experience with the global delivery model, particularly in outsourcing and transformation,
  • Excellent relationship building skills,
  • Technology background in IT consulting / services or Software Engineering services company,
  • Understanding of the nitty-gritty of the latest technology stack,
  • Highly referenceable previous/current customers,
  • Strong solution selling background,
  • Legitimate and proven self-starter. Highly motivated to jump in and get things done,
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills are required. High comfort level working with all levels of an organization, including C-suite,
  • Proficiency in English is required.
