Now, we’re looking for talented people to join our Performance & Improvement department, who will be focused on the people side of change, including changes to business processes and systems, with an emphasis on successfully integrating us on a wider and bigger organization. You will create and deliver strategies and plans to help our organisation maximize the adoption of new needs by honing methods of effective and sustained behavior change. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s looking to play a key role in implementing fast and effective change across a company.
Main duties include:
- Act as the main point of contact between the different stakeholders for all matters related to integration and change management.
- Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and systems.
- Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization.
- Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, including end-user training if needed.
- Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource/tooling planning.
- Develop short and long-term goals, KPIs, and objectives, and develop and execute against a quarterly operational plan.
- Lead/facilitate meetings with the different stakeholders to ensure an understanding of the current company culture, and jointly develop a change adoption plan.
- Provide direct support and coaching to our managers as they help their direct reports through transitions.
- Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of our transformation needs
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- Software engineering and consultancy background would be awesome.
- Wide knowledge of the software engineering consulting industry and its challenges.
- Solid understanding of organizational development and change theory.
- Great ability to operate changes on your own and as a part of a big group.
- Excellent communication, coaching and mentoring skills.
- Demonstrated experience in change management projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management and Agile processes, strategies and methods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
- Strong managerial experience when it comes to both analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- The ability to be able to predict challenges and obstacles.
