We’re always on the lookout for talented individuals to lead and nurture projects involving Scala, Kotlin, and other technologies in the Back-end Engineering and Big Data space.

Now, we’re looking for talented people to join our Growth & Engagement Department who will be responsible for the whole sales process from sourcing leads, making initial contact and managing the subsequent steps from negotiation to closure.

Main duties include:

  • Prospecting within assigned territories to create leads for new client sales by growing pipeline opportunities.
  • Managing the consultative sales process from discovery to close with new and existing clients.
  • Attain assigned revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic opportunity plans that ensure quota attainment.
  • Act with integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders
  • Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external client satisfaction
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to share new ideas and new business development strategies.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

  • Proven new business sales professional with a track record of successful B2B & B2C sales in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.
  • Customer-centric approach to sales; understanding client needs and drivers with the ability to handle objections and remove barriers.
  • Capable and confident achieving clear KPIs.
  • Resilient and persistent, can demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence.
  • Can clearly demonstrate how you have applied creative thinking to identify, engage and close clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills – Ability to communicate clearly and concisely whilst building rapport and trust.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player.
  • Additional European languages are an advantage.
