Now, we’re looking for a talented person to join our People and Culture Team who will be responsible for handling all the training and professional development of our employees. Keeping a strong focus on making the most out of their talents by helping them develop their full potential. Understanding the balance between what the learner wants and needs but also with a focus on the needs of the organisation.

Main duties include:

  • Creating and executing learning strategies and programmes.
  • Evaluating individual and organisational development needs
  • Understanding our company objectives in Learning and Development and creating training activities that align with these objectives.
  • Organising and implementing learning activities that boost the productivity of employees by engaging them companywide e.g. coaching, buddy, on-line learning
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training programmes
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
  • Provision of leadership and management training
  • Tracking Learning and Development budgets

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an L&D Specialist
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
  • BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g. CiPD) is a plus
