About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated Experienced Sales Executive/ Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling Data projects to join our team. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth within the UK market. You will have a chance to work with a truly global organization with top-notch experts supporting your sales endeavours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • identifying and active acquisition of new customers,
  • analyzing the market and assessing different sales channels,
  • pitching Xebia group and Data service line value proposition,
  • validating proposal estimations against the Client's needs and budget,
  • understanding how our customers benefit from our solution and how they make decisions to work with partners such as us,
  • constantly ensuring Xebia's service brings unique value to the Client,
  • ultimate accountability for the quality of Xebia's proposals,
  • being accountable for the quality of Xebia’s Data proposals in the UK and its P&L sheet.
  • acting as the bridge between key stakeholders from the Client's side and internal (technical) teams.

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in consultative sales.
  • good understanding of the Data & AI ecosystem and market, as well as the challenges faced by our customers, is a must,
  • a technical degree is not required, but experience in IT professional services is a must,
  • good knowledge and understanding of the UK market,
  • experience working with Data vendors, such as DataBricks, Snowflake, Microsoft, AWS and Google, is highly preferred,
  • should be able to make decisions on their own while acting as the key Xebia representative in talks with the key project stakeholders,
  • great written communication and solid analytical skills,
  • ability to adapt to quickly changing environments,
  • basic understanding of topics like project revenue, costs, overheads, margin, project markup, and project profit.
