Role: Event Manager [Atlanta, Georgia]

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead the execution of end-to-end campaigns, content, and event experiences for our clients. As the Event Manager, you will be responsible for delivering seamless and high-quality events that enhance our brand, generate brand awareness, and engage our target audience. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure that the events are aligned with our business objectives.

Main duties include:

  • Brainstorm and implement event plans and concepts that align with our brand objectives and target audience
  • Manage the communication with all service lines to manage their events in the USA and create a plan focused on conferences for creating brand awareness
  • Evaluate sponsorships and create methodologies for replicating events across the USA to maintain the same quality
  • Handle budgeting and invoicing for all events
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors and negotiate sponsorship deals
  • Manage logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and other event-related tasks
  • Update senior management on event planning and execution
  • Manage branding and communication to ensure consistent messaging across all events
  • Develop event feedback surveys to gather feedback from attendees and improve future events
  • Obtain necessary permits for events
  • Handle post-event reports to evaluate the success of each event and make improvements for future events

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, or hospitality (optional)
  • Excellent communication and marketing skills
  • Proven project management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in various event software
  • Expert interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate with vendors and sponsors
  • Experience in risk management
