Overview:

As an Office Manager at Xebia, you will be responsible for performing a variety of high level administrative and office support functions to facilitate the efficient operations of the assigned department(s). The Office Manager will oversee departmental operations; ensures effective and efficient workflow and adheres to standards.

Job Duties:


  1. Provide a full spectrum of office services for the Atlanta location.
  2. Deliver quality services and provide proactive support to internal clients globally
  3. Manage office expenses, vendor relations, office supplies, workflow logistics and food/snack requirements.
  4. Develop, review and streamline service policies, guidelines and regulations with the global admin team
  5. Support the employee onboarding and departure experience
  6. Manage and plan events, including but not limited to corporate meetings, team off-site and team building, etc.
  7. Ability to complete specific projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules.
  8. Collect feedback from business team members regularly and take action accordingly.
  9. Handle urgent projects as required.



Expectations:

  • The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software, are also essential.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people and job functions.



Skills, Knowledge & Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in office operation and all-around admin.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, multi-tasking, verbal and written communication skills.
